The herb, known to have many proclaimed healing benefits is used in the treatment of skin disorders and various bodily ailments. In a bid to honor her father’s passing all while pursuing her passion in 2019 G.Weed Cosmetics was born.

Shaundrice Foster
Chief Executive Officer
At the helm of G.Weed Cosmetics is Shaundrice Foster, Chief Executive Officer and Founder. She is a vibrant and passion driven go- getter with a burst of the Entrepreneurial Spirit and a Knack for Marketing. Shaundrice has over 5 plus years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales , Business Development and other spheres.
She went to Excelsior High School where she was a producer of 16 subjects, an awardee of a Certificate of Business Studies and an Associate Degree in Entrepreneurship and a benefactor of a myriad of leadership positions and awards (2009-2016). It was in her primitive years at Excelsior high school that she discovered and unlocked her passion for entrepreneurship, in being a part of co-curricular clubs such as the Junior Achievement Program and her pursuit of business subjects such as principles of business and entrepreneurship.
Shaundrice further advanced her business and professional pursuits when she transitioned to The University of the West Indies Mona , there she pursued and was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing as a major and two minors in Psychology and Business Studies- with a specific focus in Entrepreneurship (2016-2019). It was at the said University that the concept idea G.Weed Cosmetics was born in her final year of Studies. Shaundrice entered this idea in the UWI Guild Entrepreneurship Competition in 2020 held by the Guild of Students where she emerged the winner.
Shaundrice lives by the belief that you are not defined by your circumstances and that anything is possible if you only believe. Growing up in a Single Parent household where she was raised by her dad , and then her grandparents, she came from humble beginnings that nurtured and motivated her to keep pushing while remaining grateful.
Shaundrice always knew from early out that she wanted to make an impact on her community in a big and sustainable way. With her dad’s research and her love for natural cosmetic products and her honoring her father’s memory after his passing in 2017 , the concept of a Guineahenweed herbal cosmetic brand became a reality.
Shaundrice is about adding value and transforming lives, as such her brand’s mission is about empowering a community of naturally conscious individuals. She aims to pioneer nature’s gift (herbs and herbal solutions such as guinea hen weed) as the products of choice to boost confidence and improve daily lives.
